The C&B Artist is developed to know and rate, who is the best artist for you. This site will allow you to vote your like Artists or add your entry for the Best Artist. But before, it will be derictly goes to the Admin Pannel to ask permission and validate by Admin if your Entry is Valid or Invalid. And if your post is Valid to the Admin it will Automatically Add to the List of Artist and Everyone are allowed to vote.
